NEW ROCHELLE, NY -- Angelina Sarachelli, 90, passed away on August 18, 2016 at her home in New Rochelle, NY, where she was born in and lived her whole life, proud of the West New Rochelle neighborhood she lived in. She was born on September 29, 1925 to Mr. & Mrs. Louis & Mary Rotina. She graduated from Albert Leonard High School and worked as a banking bookkeeper in NYC until she married Paul Sarachelli in 1946 after he was released from the army after serving combat duty in World War II. NEW ROCHELLE, NY -- Maria was born on October 3, 1929 and passed away on Thursday, August 18, 2016.

Maria was a resident of New Rochelle, New York at the time of her passing.

She was married to Pasquale.

Visiting hours will be Friday 4-9 pm at Lloyd Maxcy Sons Beauchamp Chapel Inc. 16 Shea Pl. New Rochelle. A funeral Mass is scheduled for Saturday 10:30am at Blessed Sacrament Church. Interment will follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.

Pancake Breakfast and Thanksgiving Parade

NEW ROCHELLE, NY -- On November 19th, the Fund was pleased to host its annual Pancake Breakfast at New Rochelle High School before the 53rd Annual New Rochelle Thanksgiving Parade! 

The Breakfast was a huge success, welcoming 400 people from our community. Attendees were able to check-in for the parade onsite and have an opportunity to meet Frank Bernabei, this year's Grand Marshall!

Anne Frank Exhibit at Museum of Arts & Culture

NEW ROCHELLE, NY -- "Anne Frank: A History for Today" opened at the Museum of Arts & Culture on November 3rd. The Museum has welcomed hundreds of community members and students from New Rochelle and beyond. Anne's message is as relevant today as ever! 

The Anne Frank Center for Mutual Respect trained New Rochelle High School students to serve as docents. These students have enjoyed interacting with visitors over the past few weeks.  

Please make sure to visit the exhibit before it closes on December 7th.
