Andrew Escobedo was arrested Sunday by New Rochelle police for harassment and resisting arrest after an argument with the mother of his child escalated and he throw the woman’s cat out of her apartment window. Escobedo showed signs of alcohol impairment according to the arrest sheet.
Escobedo, formerly employed by Carl Carilli Plumbing & Heating, has tattoos of skulls on his right upper arm and the right side of his chest and a Patron tequila bottle running up the side of his right leg. Carl Carilli will be familiar to Talk of the Sound readers for his failure to obtain a certificate of occupancy on his house at at 10 Congress Street for close to two decades.
The apartment was on the second floor. The New Rochelle Police had no further information on the status of the cat.
