NEW ROCHELLE, NY — A new portal launched by the Finance Department now allows users to view property tax billing and payment information on line. Available 24/7, the portal will save users valuable time and eliminate unnecessary extra trips and phone calls to City Hall.
The Tax Billing and Payment Information Portal allows users to view taxes by taxing entity- City, County, and School District- along with any reductions, charges, and fees. And since portal information is in real time, the information is as current as that of the Tax Office.
To access the portal, click the “Property Tax Bills” tab on the central blue navigation bar on the City website, www.newrochelleny.com. Once on the Tax page, click the link at bottom. No log in or ID is required. Search can be performed by Parcel ID Block and Lot number, by address, or by owner name. Property tax information is available for the tax years 1988 through the current bill year for City, County and School taxes.
